Maria Antonia lo Cascio is born and baptized on 9 January 1826, probably named after her paternal grandmother. She is the daughter of Carmelo lo Cascio and Pietra Bordonaro. Her godparents are Maestro Antonino and Marianna di Gregorio, a married couple.
Living on the strada Grande in 1834 are Maestro Carmelo lo Cascio, 32 (b. 1799, he is 35), his wife Pietra, 29 (b. 1805), and children Antonio, 6 (b. 1827), Maria Antonia, 8 (b. 1826), and Bernarda, 4 (b. 1840).
Two houses to the west on the strada di Favaloro (which is now called via Ostieri to the west of via Candelora, and via Mancaluso to the east), there is the family of Antonio Oliveri.
Maria Antonia dies at age 68 (b. 1826) on 24 June 1894. This record does not mention whether she has ever married.
